I have been a communication professional for decades. I began my career in Pennsylvania, while studying advertising and public relations at Seton Hill University. Since that time, I have completed countless writing, editing, and design projects – focusing on everything from internationally renowned travel destinations to nonprofit organizations to horseshoe nails.
I now live in Columbia, Missouri, and limit my freelance work to what ignites my curiosity and creativity. (Horseshoe nails did not make the cut.)
That’s all I have to say about myself. Here’s what some clients I have worked with have to say…
- “We hired Lynn as a writer for a series of videos we produced for the US Fish & Wildlife Service. Lynn was great to work with. Her insight and talent added greatly to the overall project, and helped further the interpretive value for our client. I can highly recommend Lynn as both an interpretive writer and a creative professional.” Carl Crum, producer, Brazos Film & Video
- “I have had the pleasure to work with Lynn on several occasions since her first assignment with us in 2006. She is always professional and prompt, and her work is well written and concise. Her thoroughness, attention to detail and positive attitude are attributes I greatly appreciate.” Rebecca French Smith, executive editor, Missouri Life magazine
- “Our PR activities have been in the hands of Lynn Pickerel. She always offers new ideas, works very independent, efficient, and creative. Whether Lynn works at a trade show with you or designs a new blog, she consistently expresses her passion for the product and her professionalism in dealing with partners in business. From a human point of view, Lynn is a lot of fun to work with.” Elke Roehrig, vice president, Leifheit International USA
